What vitamins do i take together? and what seperate?

i know some vitamins work better while taken with others and some dont, this is all the vitamins i have and want to take.

megadosing B5 10g a day

1 B50 complex morning and 1 at night

1 L-Cystiene morning

Vitamin A

Vitamin C

Vitamin D3

Vitamin E

Zinc

fish oil

Which ones should i take together and which seperate? and when?

Currently, I'm taking

Morning:

Vitamin A

Vitamin E

Fish Oil

Evening:

Vitamin D3

Fish Oil

Before Bed:

Zinc

I haven't any experience with the B, C, or L-Cystiene. I would, however, take the B5 and complex together. I would take the C & L-Cystiene for lunch, possibly with the B's to balance it out.
