Some questions about some food

I have seen some iffy things about these foods and just want to know if they are good to eat. I realize they are healthy foods, but I want to know if they cause acne.

-green peas

-mangos and papaya

-granny smith apples/fuji apples

-whole grain organic cous cous

-And i just started baking my own bread with organic whole grain brown rice flour from whole foods. I throw some blueberries and cinnamon in it. It tastes good but is it alright for acne.

Please let me know because I want to eat these but if they are acne-causing then i gotta give em up. Thanks.

These all sound like healthy foods and wouldn't be considered acne causing foods unless you are sensitive to any of them. Try to notice if you are breaking out less or more. Other than that this looks good except some people might debate that mangos are high in sugar but I think they do more good than harm in my opinion. Plus any diet that has you avoiding mangos really is ridiculous.
