I have been really trying to manage my mild/moderate acne and somehow ive ended up using 6 products morning and night and not seeing many results. Am i simply using too much?

Morning and Night:

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

Loreal Skin Genesis Pore Refining Cleanser

Rx: Ovace face wash (Sodium Sulfacetamide)

Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask (BP)

St Ives Naturally Clear Green Tea Cleanser (SA)

Clean & Clear Sensitive Skin Toner (SA)

As needed: (3-4 times/week)

Stridex Power Pads (BP)

Stridex Sensitive Skin Pads (SA)

Neutrogena Rapid Defense Acne Lotion (SA)

Terminator 10 Spot treatment (BP)

Neutrogena 2-1 Fight & Fade Gel (SA)

you really are using too much... And I also tried the St. Ives green tea cleanser and it made me break out more so take that off your regimen. Have you tried Dan's regimen? It took me almost a month to see results. You just need to be patient while trying Dan's regimen, coz skin types reacts differently and some skin takes longer to get used to certain products.

Take my word for it... Stop everything except for the Citaphil wash. Only use the wash at night, in the morning just wash with warm water. Then at night use a few drops of grapeseed oil... I know it probably sounds crazy, but try it for at least four days and four nights and I know you will see/feel great results!!! Just try it...

So basically you're washing your face 10 times a day? Yeah, waaaaay too much.

Yup. Twice a day is enough.

I'd use Cetaphil in either the morning or the night and then the Ovace one the other time, or even either one of them twice a day. Not both twice a day....

You're asking for a SEVERE breakout from irritation if you keep this up.
