Im going to try a new diet.....I think everyones body handles everything differently...some people can eat junk food, some cant.......so im going on this new diet

No pop

no diary

no fried food

lots of fruits and veggies

lots of water

ive done this before and my skin was awesome!

I think everyone should try this

I've been on a diet like that for a few months and boy, has my skin changed! The pimples that were on my chest and back are gone, most of the pimples on my face are gone, my skin is softer and smoother than it has been for years...It's like it rejuvenated itself lol I still eat chicken and fish, and dense whole wheat rye bread, and I drink some cranberry juice. I've learned to cut out potatoes (I substituted sweet potatoes), oranges, and peanut butter (because of the hydrogenated fats).
