Sometimes my face gets either oily or kinda itchy. But if I'm at school, I can't wash my face. So I use the back of my hand/fingers (which I assume is clean, since I don't touch anything with it) to gentle go across my face.

I'm just wondering if this is bad?

I know I shouldn't touch my face, but sometimes the oily-ness/itching feels really bad. I know the front side of my hand and my nails are dirty, which is why I don't use it, but I'm not sure if the back is dirty also.

Back of the hand is much safer than your fingertips. Also, use those plain brown paper towels in the bathrooms. Those are great for blotting oil, and they're free!
