I have been on the regimen (DKR) for about 5 months, and I'm pretty much clear now, as I have been for over a month. I just started using AHA at night about twice a week, and I found this on Dan's AHA page.

"For people with lighter cases of acne: I'm hoping you guys can replace the benzoyl peroxide and moisturizer in the morning with AHA+ and remain clear. The morning regimen would consist simply of washing and applying AHA (and then sunscreen if it's a sunny day). The proof is in the pudding, so we'll see how that goes. If this works, it'll be a nice alternative that doesn't bleach."

My acne was never that bad, so I guess I would consider it light... but does this mean that once I've been clear for a while, I can change the regimen to just AHA?

Once a day, possibly. You'd still need to use the BP once a day, also, though.

Some people can get away with only using the BP once a day, and others need it twice a day to stay clear. If you think you might be able to stay clear using AHA instead of your BP in the mornings, give it a shot. : )
