Right. Unless you feel that your skin is so dry that you need to double up, you can use the AHA as your moisturizer.

Just be sure to use sunscreen during the day for at least a week following any AHA use.

Yep. AHA makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight and more prone to burning after you use it, so even if you're applying it at night, you'll still need to use a sunscreen during the day (even on cloudy days, since UV rays can penetrate cloud cover) for the next week or so after any AHA application.
