I like banana+peanut or some kinda nut butter + ice + cacao powder. Its a good tasting smoothie. It is pretty small (bananas just disappear when you put them in the blender!) but I wouldn't use more than 1 banana or itll be a sugar overload.

Sounds good. I am going to this, but instead of ice, I will add coconut oil so I can put it in the refrigerator.

I need to look for a good coconut milk.

Should I buy it fresh and make a hole? ^^

I mean you boil water in a pot and mix the ingredients in a bowl over the heat of that water so that there isnt too much heat.

If you mix it on full heat the mixture would curdle and it wouldnt taste nice.

Virgin coconut milk is really healthy its like cream hehe

I did it with 1 banana, 1 tbs of almond butter, 2 tbs cacao powder, 5 tbs extra-virgin coconut oil, and a bit of fresh coconut water.

I put it in the refrigerator and it taste great! It was too sticky, or w.e.

I think I will try your recipe , because it looks easy. ^^

I did this using Organic brown rice syrup which is healthy.

3/4 cup of cacao powder

1 cup coconut oil

1/4 almond butter raw

1/2 or a bit more of organic brown rice syrup

I mixed this with a boil of water ^^

I froze it, then ate a piece. IT was delicious. I am trying to eat a small amount of it because the brown rice syrup has about 23g sugars every 2 tbs, even though it is healthy.

This should be good to eat before i go to the gym... or something. ^^

Oh, and I think I will cut them, and wrap them as a bar. ^_^
