Ribs at Ruby Tuesday's...

Recommended Posts

I know pork has been seen as a contributor to acne for some due to its high fat content, but I took a look at the Memphis Dry-Rub Ribs from Ruby Tuesday's, and they seem to be pretty low in sugar and sodium (which has been known to contribute to acne), even if they are a bit high in fat.

What do you guys think? You think it's worth a shot?

I eat quite a bit of pork because I want to eat organic meat and it's the cheapest organic meat you can get and tastes great! Ground pork for use in meat sauce for spaghetti is awesome. I buy an organic sugar-free spaghetti sauce and make the meat sauce with that, then I use brown rice pasta, sometimes I throw some spinach in the sauce... it's yummy, acne friendly and fast to make, you guys should try it.
