Been wondering this for a while - what is the science behind why red marks look better some days than others? If it was just a gradual fading process and I could see continuous improvement month by month then that would be fine. But what I hate is how they might look really good one day, and then darker again the next day. When this happens I get sad and think I'm not making any progress. So why does the fading seem to be temporary and not permanent?

well its because the skin is still healing its badly damaged and needs to mature. The color of my marks can change due to blood pressure and what not. Thats y when ur hot or irritate that skin they will change to a more noticeable color because of the blood vessels. Its best to stay hydrated and hide when your exercising =(
