My acne opinions after YEARS of trouble......

Hi guys

I know how it feels to think about nothing but your skin ALL day EVERY day. It's absolutely terrible I know. I have tried washes, creams, cutting out certain foods, vitamins...EVERYTHING!

The ONLY combination that works for me is PANTOTHENIC ACID - VITAMIN B5 in the high doses of 10g a day (roughly 20 500mg tablets a day)...you can read more about this up and coming treatment online.......combined with only ever washing my face with water....and using a little amount of sensitive moistuiser now and then.

The high dose can be cut down when your skin is under control...but I STRONGLY believe for alot of people with acne prone skin.....that ANY type of face wash / cleanser etc, just makes things worse.

I hope these two things will help some of you, give it a try...

I hve always been a sufferer and do suffer from oily skin.....cutting out face wash etc helps me LOADS....I just use plain water and take my B5....I find mine is aggrovated more by products....

I guess I am just unlucky with hormones etc...constant teenage skin...
