stay strong 0 Share Posted March 21, 2010 My derm has prescribed me 0.05% Retrieve cream (which is just an Australian brand of retin-a, but they only make cream not a gel as well).I'm going to be using it in a month, after I finish my accutane as an after care treatment, so I'm not using it to treat acne but rather to prevent it and for pigmentation and scarring. But I'm getting worried that maybe the cream isn't the best option for the pigmentation and scarring and I should get retin-a gel instead (I still have an old unfilled script of this I could use). I also heard that the cream can clog pores, is this true??The cream comes as 0.05% strength while the gel is only in a 0.01%, does this make any difference?I'm also going to be using it in conjunction with copper peptides, does anyone know or have experience if the cream or gel is better for this?I know I have a lot of questions here, but if anyone can help with any of them that would be great!
