 Okay so i usually have the usual white heads and nothing more. However over the past three days i have developed a huge lump on my chin and it hurts really bad. I've tried to pop it and all that comes out it oil and nothing else. No puss, no water, just flat out oil and idk what to do it red and dry and oily and about the size of a dime. Possibly a bit bigger. its grown since day 1. please help i'm utterly clueless!

Check out Neutrogena's rapid clear line...

Use an antibiotic cream like neosporing, make sure you get the cream kind though.

Now let me see...hmm..you have had this thing for how long? Why don't you go to a dermatologist and get whatever it is treated. What you are calling oil, may in fact be lymphatic fluid. Get this thing checked out and treated and don't waste your time asking laypersons what it might be who aren't qualified to make a diagnosis over the internet.

It's probably a cyst...but what kind of cyst? Why not go to a physician and find out.

All the best,

Joe Zit
