AcnePwns 8 Share Posted March 16, 2010 all procedures carries risksbefore you decide to get anything done, make sure that you are willing to take the risks. Certain procedures carries more risks than others. Just do your homework before you make your choice. If those are your only scars on your face, most people here will tell you that you should just leave it alone. If acne is not a big problem, you might want to get retin-a which will improve the scars a bit after 6months-24 months of use. It takes a while but it's better than nothing.
