Quick question about aspirin mask...

Recommended Posts

I have heard great things about aspirin masks, and I want to try it. I have mild acne and oily skin. I looked in my grandma's medicine cabinet and found this aspirin:

Equate Brand, 325 mg, coated.

What I'm worried about are the inactive ingredients in each tablet. "Inactive Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Glyceryl Triacetate, Hypromellose, Starch, Talc." Will any of these, specifically Talc, be harmful or comedogenic? I have heard that Talc can clog pores and I'm worried the inactive ingredients will cancel out any effect the aspirin gives. If so, I'd rather be on the safe side and shell out a couple of bucks for better aspirin; can anyone recommend a specific type/brand of aspirin that is good for aspirin masks? Thanks.

I re-checked the bottle, and it is, in fact, non-coated. I'm more concerned about the inactive ingredients, specifically talc.
