Since teh lounge has one, I thought why not spread a little thread to Emo, for some of the non Veterans to post their workout routines, as well as what they do to let off frustrations. I'll start

My workout today will consist of bicep and tricep's. I'll do skull crushers, bicep curls, close grip bench, dips, and a o15 bicep workout

Well, it's difficult for me. I weigh well over 200lbs (wont say how much exactly) and i am under 6 feet tall, you get the picture.

I'm trying to get rid of some of my weight. Earlier today i walked to work instead of taking the bus, which is about a mile away. I took the bus back though, cos i had a really rough shift lol

Today I will work out my fingers....playing RockBand!!!!!!!!!!

lol =)

I just worked out, now eating a ham/chicken/cheese wrap..it's like an e**ction in my mouth :drool:

I'm not sure what you mean by Emo Workout but I've started running recently, cardio was always a killer for me - I find it makes a big difference in how you feel.

Left my dun bells at another house so I've been lifting bricks :)

I've read squats and lunges are the best strength and weight loss exercises.

In the lounge they have a workout thread, so this one I made for the Emo section of the board. Emo is short for emotional.

Kudos on cadio, its the key to a perfect body
