Magnesium helped me

I started taking magnesium 400 mg per day for a muscle condition. It helped the muscle condition about 50%. However, I have acne and it helped the acne problem 80%. I never consider magnesium in the context of acne before. Please just try it. I know how devastating acne can be. I hope it works for those out there. I have not been bothered with acne since the second week of starting the magnesium no matter what I eat. :dance:
