Anyone else notice...

When you start eating healthy and the longer you are on your new diet, the more sensitive your skin is to food intollerances?

Like when you cheat every once in a while, you break out WORSE than if you were eating a bad diet usually?

Well, that is going to be natural, but only if it is real drastic. Example, if you eat vegetables, and pasta for 6 months straight then one day you decide to go all out and eat candy, chips, ice cream you'll break out because your body isn't used to the drastic change
