WAShing in 10 seconds or less

Dan mentions that it is extremely important to wash your face for no more than 10 seconds....He claims that this reduces irritation and that acne is not much aggravated by surface dirt/oil......

I believe this claim is true, However; Does anyone know if the amount of time spent on washing your face can contribute significantly to how much moisture is left/ taken out of your face?......I mean this with respect to washing your face maybe once a day, for 10seconds at time as opposed to a minute or so at a time.

I think so. In my experience, the longer I wash and massage the cleanser around, the more dried out my skin feels after it's dry.
