short lived cysts

I get these cysts on my foreheard that only last 1-3 days if I apply BP. They don't come to a head, but if I squeeze hard enough stuff comes out. I've found that really squeezing them helps, because it flattens them out and lets the BP really help. I can't figure out if it's actually cystic acne though, because I only get them on top of bone (so my forehead, once every few months on my jawline but they're not nearly as bad, and my temple areas sometimes) and they go away pretty quick. They are also quite big, at least a few millimeters in diameter. Any idea what it is? I can't really take a picture cause I don't have a camera sorry.

The only time I would ever pick my skin if it was a pop-able cyst, that is because the pain would become too much. If it is just a whitehead I was able to manage. But I do understand what you are saying
