Which product is better for blackheads?

Cleansers generally don't work well to get rid of blackheads. You really need a leave on treatment that works to unplug the pores. Mandelic and salicylic acid serums are both good for blackheads, so are prescription (Retin-A, Differin) and over the counter retinoids (Derm A Gel, Green Cream).

Scrubs can help by manually exfoliating the skin, but only use one that is gentle (nothing that contains rough scrubbing particles) and only use it if you don't have a lot of inflamed acne. Scrubs tend to irritate inflamed lesions, but are ok for noninflamed acne as long as the scrub isn't too harsh. A scrub alone probably won't get rid of the problem though.
