Non-inflamed acne: Advice on products and starting new regimen

I am trying to start a new Acne killing regimen, but I'm a bit confused as to where to begin. I have oily skin and mild acne, all over, including my neck, back, chest, and a few choice spots on my body (lucky me :wall: ). I have recently gone off BC (off it for four months) so I'm hopping right back on it this month.

For now, however, my face and body are a disaster area. Here are some (painful) pics of my face at the moment. What kind of acne do I have? I have incredibly oily/combination skin (NO dry spots).

Also, I live abroad in Israel, so I will probably be going to the local equivalent of CVS to get supplies...No Target here!

My current regimen:

Cleanser: Clinique Face Wash for Oily/Normal Skin

Toner: Clinique Clarifying Lotion 3 for Oily/Normal Skin

Moisturizer: Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer SPF 15

Nightime: Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

Several times a week: Peeling Mor by Soma Herbal (locally made) for Oily/Problematic Skin

(Ingredients: Extract of: Sage, guava, plantain, papaya, lemon; Ethanol, Propylene Glycol, Vinegar, Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Geranium Oil, Thyme Oil, Deionized Water)

Dab on with cotton swab, wait 10 min, wash off and apply moisturizer at night.

TIA for any advice, help, and recommendations!

your acne doesnt look that bad at all looks like you have a mild case to me. a mixture of non-inflamed and inflamed types.

if youre incredible oily on your face, is it wise to be using moisturizer?

i found what has helped my oily skin and nasty complexion is a healthy diet and cutting out all teh usual nasties like wheat/gluten products, trans fats, dairy food etc. also, to wash my face i use a 50/50 cider vinegar and water mix, sprayed on with an atomiser and wiped off with clean tissue paper. still hasnt cleared me 100% tho dammit all, but its helped a great amount.

good luck in your fight!
