I just read that recurring athlete's foot is a symptom of yeast sensitivity. My sibling is very sensitive to yeast and since he went off of yeast a few years ago, the athlete's foot has never returned.

If you or a close relative has had athlete's foot (especially recurring), you should consider a yeast sensitivity. It seems yeast sensitivities also run in families.

My sibling and I did everything together. We played in the same public areas, went barefoot all the time, ate the same foods.

He caught athlete's foot every 2 months and I never once caught it.

Later we learned he has a terrible yeast sensitivity and since he stopped eating yeast the athlete's foot disappeared. I also am yeast sensitive, but I suffered from other symptoms like sleepiness or fatigue.

Yeast sensitivity can also worsen or cause acne.
