I Don't Understand...

I don't understand why I have slow stool transit times...My diet is free of dairy, sweets, and pretty much anything man made (Only eat bread when I go out which is rare and it never seems to affect my skin). I eat a lot of veggies and at least a serving of fruit a day. I try to eat foods high in fiber and recently started taking natural fiber supplements. I 'go' one to two times a day, but my stools are always like hard pebbles. I know this is generally a sign of a lack of fluid but I drink a lot of water. 8-10 cups a day on average, sometimes more. I'll go one day and see seeds in my stool that I ate two days ago...what's wrong with me?? No, I don't get my excersize but I'm going to start to see if it helps any..Any tips at all? Please help. I really think this is a big reason I have skin problems.

Could you describe your diet in more detail? Maybe someone can better help you that way.
