madelineee 0 Share Posted February 23, 2010 there are these 2 really small stubborn pimples on the tip of my nose. they aren't very inflamed, just a tiny bit. not whitehead...like i said pretty damn small. they r mad annoying tho. ive been applying benzaclin (5 % benzoyl peroxide, 1 % clindamycin) to them as a spot treatment since they appeared on friday i think it was. Timothy 1 Share Posted February 23, 2010 The regimen states it would be best to use a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide.Try icing the pimple down, for awhile and apply some benzoyl peroxide.Go on your day without noticing it or picking.
