Hot and Cold Showers Question?

Recommended Posts

When is it best for hot showers and cold showers. I know that hot ones cause openings in the pores, and colds close them, but when would it be adequate for a hot or cold one? I was thinking hot in morning, and cold at night? The only problem is though, is that I put cream on when I wake up and before I go to bed, thoughts?

You should not switch from cold to hot like that.

Always keep your water at luke-warm.

Hot Water does not techniquely open pores, same goes with Cold Water closing pores.

When the water is cold, the skin retracts itself, pushing itself to one another. by doing so, the pore is left open when it is cold. The skin is the one that tightens, not the pore.

As for hot, it expands out when it's hot, covering the pore.
