Could this Spinach Wrap At This Deli Go To Have Gluten In It?

Great.. any breads I can substitute instead that they probably have that's gluten free?

Corn tortilla. Other than that, unless they say it's gluten free, it's not.

I'm in the exact situation you are. Only I'm traveling and staying at inns and trying to stay on a gluten-free vegan diet. I've learned that I must buy some gluten-free corn tortillas at a health food store ahead of time and carry a few with me. Then I can put a salad inside it while out and use my my own dressing and eat it while I'm out.

I made the mistake of ordering a a salad from Subway with only mustard. Then I realized that mustard is made with vinegar, which is made with grains!

Yes, there are gluten free breads - but these are not void of other things, like HFCS.

Breads make from rice/brown rice are generally gluten free and I THINK Ezekiel bread might be but I could be wrong on that.

Just google gluten free bread. You'll get tons of recipes and brands.
