I've only been eating fish and sometimes chicken meat. I would like to bring in more meats to my diet but not sure which ones. Red meat is supposed to be bad, so I duck, pork, lamb etc is out of the question?

My question is mainly about pork though. I would love to eat it, I remember reading somewhere that it's bad for digestion or something and I never ate it again...

From our horrible factory farm system that produces most of our meat? Are you in the U.S.?

Lamb is good. It's hypoallergenic and as far as I know, only comes from pastured animals.

No, I'm in Europe and we've got good meat here. I was going through your "Good things for..." thread before posting this topic, but couldn't find any info.

Will check out out lamb. What about pork?

Dude, the pork industry isn't any better in Europe at all. Get some wild meats. Lean, healthy and cruelty-free. Try some deer or maybe wild boar.
