I've moved this to the Red Marks Left After Acne board. There's lost of information about post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on this board, so take a look around.

Also, keep in mind that threads don't always get responses right away. This thread has only been up for about fifteen minutes. Sometimes you just have to be patient. ; )

You have many options. It depends how much money and down time you have really.

I would start by using an AHA toner such as Dan's AHA or ACV.

There are some natural remedies you can use like lemon, egg whites, cucumbers, and so on. I don't recommend bleach cremes!!!

I use lemon right on my face, then avocado to balance any dryness that might occur.

Vitamin E supplements work well to rebuild skin cells and exfoliating products help to remove dead skin.

Whatever you use just remember that the coloration can take months or years to fade. I've had them for about two years but they do fade =].

And do you have scars too?

dude you can exfoliate using baby brush method..

Yeah, I agree with dermaguil.

Use a gentle baby brush on your face once every 3 days (dont over do it).

It may make your face red raw when you do it... but it will help fade the marks away within a couple of months.
