Duac, 50g Tube running out every fortnight?

Hi guys.

Im currently using duac,

I have used it for a week now and the tube is only half full, so Im presuming in another week I will be out. My docotr said it should last 8 weeks? Either im using far to much or they have under perscribed? It said on the tube only use 1/4 of a finger for the whole face, I use the whole of my finger?

Its a 50g tube so am i using to much or has the doctor under prescribed?

If the tube says to do 1/4 of a finger and you're doing a whole finger then clearly you're using too much...

But im following the regieme on here and Dan says to use 1 fingers length each time you use it?

I tried to use 1/4 finger length before but i couldnt even cover my face with this amount?

Duac is different from just BP. Overapplying might cause more harm than good. And you should be able to get 1/4 a finger or a little more on your face. I'd just apply it to the areas that break out, not the whole face.
