Can carbs be the culprit?

Hello, I'm 24 and I have mild acne on my face and back, it's not too bad but still I'm tired of having to take care of this everyday and I'm writing because coincidentally it's getting a little worse now that I'm eating more to increase body mass.

Whenever I eat more that often I notice more acne even if I don't eat the things that normally cause an increase of this condition, like diary and meat. So what could be causing this increase? weetabix seems to make it worse as well but isn't it supposed to be very healthy?

Anyone in the same boat? I don't wanna eat less but I don't want acne either.
