Theres a little iodine in most vegatables as far as I know. But theres more in some like broccoli, white onions, corn, spinich, strawberries(fruit) etc.

I've read that broccoli absorbs iodine intake.

Is it said broccoli has iodine in it. http://www.bestacnetreatments.org/iodine.html , looking back; this was the only site I could find to back up this statement.

But it also said it absorbs broccoli, when eaten raw. http://www.dietobio.com/aliments/en/broccoli.html . There are alot of sites saying broccoli and other vegatable of the cruciferous family block\absorb iodine intake.

Whats your thoughts on it?
