Subsitute for milk?

I've come to believe that milk\dairy does aggrivate my acne. But I think its dew to the iodine more than hormones. Fish, fish oil and alot of salt also break me out, which is why I beleive its more of an iodine thing with me. I avoid all those and sugar, and I stay clear!

My question is: Is there a milk subsitute out there that doens't have iodine in it or alot of sugar?

Almond or Rice?

Has anyone used one of thses instead on cow dairy and found that it doesn't break them out?

Rice and almond milk usually have sugar added or taste kinda funky if they don't, I've found. I like unsweetened hemp milk because it tastes OK and can actually HELP with acne due to the omega 3 and 6 it contains. :D
