Multivitamins with biotin have broken me out in the past, but I wanted to give this a try seeing it has pantothenic acid and other good stuff, and I'm hoping those'll override the potential pimples the biotin might cause. But what do you think? I'm seeing three new budding pimples, but I don't know whether to attribute them to this multivitamin as there're a few other things going on with my body that could be causing it and I'm looking into those right now what what correlation there might be. I'm going to give this a try for a week or so more, and work on some other areas. If my breakouts continue, I'll stop taking it. Anyways, what do you think? Will it help? It's supposed to help with skin, but you never know. I've taken a lot of supplements that were supposed to help with skin only for them to make my acne worse.
