week 3 redness!

Recommended Posts

Holy shit,

Last couple of days my face has gone sunburnt red - using 3/4 length finger of bp. Any experience similar? How long will this shit last?

I'm on week 3 and still red as ever. According to the what to expect page, redness should be gone by week 4. But I've been using less than the amount Dan recommends increasing by each week, so I have a feeling if I ever do get up to the full amount of BP, the redness will be with me for a while.....

if ur skin is realy red then just moisturise and dont bp for one night, it probably sounds scary not using the bp cos you think you will break out but ur face will look clearer with an even tone, one night wont kill you and if u dont like it then u can go back to using bp everynight

So you're saying try it without BP for one night then if you liek it - JUST use BP in the morning ?

It seems to sting / go red after moirsturising. :(

i've noticed this too. The redness starts seconds after moisturizing. Dan says to give the moisturizer a 1 month trial for your skin to get used to it, but that was for the issue of stinging, not redness. My skin doesn't sting - just a little dry and noticeably red.
