cant figure this out, please answer!

Recommended Posts

basically under very very close inspection under bright white lights and a good mirror (aka my bathroom)

when i stretch my cheeks with my tongue i can see small tiny bumps, and they appear to be caused from trapped facial hair...

and obviously what is happening is that the hair follicle is filling up with sebum and then drying out (so if i squeeze one i get hard dried up sebum that comes out)

anyone else experienced this? am i alone?

what do i need to do?

i found some exfoliating scrub which i am going to use twice a week on my left cheek only and see what changed occur.

otherwise i have some paula;s AHA.

which would be better?

thanks guys n gals

hmmm...sounds like you might be on the right track with the exfoliator as long as you don't over do it.

have you tried steaming your face over some hot water in a bowl?

Im no doctor, of course, but maybe that would help open up the pores a bit?
