1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper(very small amount)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3-4 teaspoons vinegar

the juice of one lime

makes a good taco marinade for meat. Gluten free, dairy free, no sugar added, and best of all tastes pretty much like the packets.

I thought vinegar was bad?

ACV*, sorry. If not it tastes perfectly fine with just the lime. But then you need two.

All spices and herbs are anti-inflammatory. From plants that is. Although salt sort of is since it helps with blood sugar.

Garlic is excellent. And try a seasoned salt with cayenne which will also help digestion. Red pepper flakes, too. Very good on fish and chicken. I don't cook and rarely eat other meats. Oh, and lemon juice is one the best seasonings there is and also has the potential of reducing some of the free radicals formed when charring meats.
