Zinc has helped my skin-- but what do I take with it?

I have been taking 100mg of zinc every day. It's helped my acne healing incredibly. And far less inflammation.

However, coinciding with this (although maybe it's just winter) I have dandruff for the first time in my life after taking zinc for a few weeks, and now I have two zits/sore spots on my scalp.

...Could this be due to low iron or something?

...When taking zinc supplements, should I also take iron? Or copper? (I know one of those helps your body to absorb the other.)

...Can 100mg/zinc per day cause scalp problems to develop? I am terrified of losing hair or something like that.

Does it make sense that too much zinc would be causing me scalp issues?

If I know whether to take iron or copper, I hope to be able to keep taking lots of zinc. But if I need to drop to 50mg/day, I am sure that it will still be a help.
