i am 14 and i have been trying to get rid of my acne for so long an nothing seems to work, i have 3 acne products at home and i would like to know if you think i should use them or not ?

- clearasil ULTRA - acne treatment cream (extra strength) it contains benzoyl peroxide 5%w/w (50mg/g) Bentonite 50mg/g and other stuff but there the main because they were on the front

- Clean & Clear (oil free) Deep action , Cleansing wipes. ingredients - water,Propylene glycol, cyclohexasiloxane,cyclopentasiloxane,phenoxyethanol,methylparaben,ethylparaben,b

utylparaben, isobutylparaben, c12-15 alkyl benzoate, salicylic acid, sodium hydroxide,dimethicone,allantoin,acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate cross polymer,fragrance,polysorbate 20, poloxamer 124.

- Clearasil Ultra - deep pore face wipes - ingrideints - water,alcohol denat, isoceteth-20,salicylic acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, dextrin,hydrolyzed milk protein,glycine,disodium EDTA, sodium lactate, dipropylene glycol, citrid acid, fragrance.

Should i use one of them and how frequently should i use ??

Also , is their any certain foods i should avoid or eat more??

And does drinking heaps of tap water help ?

From personal experience, Clearasil and Clean & Clear did nothing for me.

But i think it's best to give anything a try once, cuz you never know what works for you --and give it time to work in your skin so you can best just the results.

I've use clearasil ultra (the wash) before.. its like a creamy-type wash like many clearasil products.. and you should notice results right away. It's pretty good for the short term, I dont know how it is for the long term. I used it before when I needed a quick fix.. I never really used it for an extended period of time. But it's pretty good stuff.. I suggest using just that one product for at least 2 weeks and see where you are at before adding any other steps or spot treaments. I think I bought the spot treament cream as well.. dont remember the results, but I liked the wash.
