oil from your skin is produced to counteract dehydration. dehydration kills your outer layer skin cells, therefore causing them to be replaced. Remember your skin cells can only replace themselves a certain amount of times. Thus oil is there to keep your skin young and flexible.

BP is a drying agent, your skin in reaction to the BP will produce more oil because it is dehydrated.

For some people this can be a problem , the dryness and flakiness, this is the sign that skin will age faster. But then again everyone is different, but do ou want to look young for a long time...
