Teeny tiny bumps!

Recommended Posts

I have a million teeny tiny bumps all over my face. When I squeeze them, white gunk comes out. I'm assuming they're clogged pores but they're everywhere, and only appeared recently over the last few months. I've had acne for years, but mainly cysts. These are so small. How would I get rid of these? I already exfoliate, use tea tree oil, clindamycin and 200mg spirolactone. All of this is doing great for my cystic acne, but what about these little bumps? Ahhh

I bought 15% AHA from bravuralondon, It's very strong and stings a little but seems to work nicely.

Get a facial...they generally clean the skin. But to keep pores open, you want to use salicylic acid and retnoids.. AHAs and glycolic products exfoliate as well, the former though might be better...

Another great product is the clarisonic brush. Will keep skin really clean ! You can buy it for cheap online.
