retin-a by iself or combined?

Recommended Posts

i was prescribed retin-a and trimethoprin but had a allergic reaction to the pills so now am just on the retin-a cream. Would it be best to go back to the doc and get another alternative to the trimethoprim to combine with the retin-a, or should i just stick to the retin-a by itself.

I have tried the following oral drugs with no succes - trimethoprin, monocycline, doxyclycline, tetralysal and accutane, aswell as BP and Differin.

Any advice on what to try next, if anything?
