It is strong alcohol, it would likely irritate the skin. But you could always trial it as a spot treatment on one spot. It wouldn't do much damage then. Get the one with aloe in it. majormiles 0 Author Share Posted January 3, 2010 thanks!i agree that it will be very drying etc but im just going to use it to spot treat i thinki used it last night and the spots i used it on look considerably smaller, and dont hurt anymoreso fingers crossedi wouold never use it over my entire face tho or large areas..bet that would be itchy!
