I went to my local chemist and my supermarket and they don't sell any 'Vitamin A'. The chemist didn't even sell 'Cod Liver Oil'. So I went to Woolies (Woolworths), they didn't have Vitamin A either like I said, but had Fish Oil, Flaxseed and Cod Liver Oil etc. So I bought the Cod Liver oil....

Blackmores Cod liver Oil 1000mg, 125 capsules at $18.89 (Australian dollars)

It contains (for one capsule)....

* Cod Liver Oil (natural) providing Vitamin A - 1000 mg/1000 IU

* Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 2.5 ug) - 100 IU

And because it is from a fish, it also contains omega-3 fatty acids :)

This is my current oral medication daily...

- 1 Blackmores Mega B Complex

- 2 Nature's Own Amino Acid Chelated Zinc (1 tablet equivalent to elemental zinc 22mg)

- 4 Nature's Own 250mg Vitamin B5 (gonna take it down to two tablets a day)

- 2-4 Cenovis chewable 500mg Vitamin C tablets

Is that okay?

And now I'm going to add the Blackmores Cod Liver Oil to my daily intake, I think that should help heaps, hopefully (fingers crossed). Still got heaps of acne.

I'm just wondering how much Cod Liver Oil capsules should I have a day? And when to have them? If you could help, it would be very much appreciated.

I appreciate that you are looking for answers but please don't repost the same message several times on different boards. This isn't needed. I have left this one open as it is in the most appropriate location.

Be patient. You are asking quite a specific and niché question so it might take time for an honest and trusting answer to emerge.
