- 2 Filet o Fishes from McDonalds

- 1 McChicken from McDonalds

- Macademia nut chocolate

- Scrambled eggs

- Noodles

- Gatorade

That's all I can remember.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit and water.

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Salad with chicken

Snack: Pretzels

Dinner: Salmon and vegetables

Yep...

By the way, I had nothing sweet for some reason today :clap:

- 2 tablets of Zinc, 1 Mega B Complex Tablet, 2 Vitamin B5 tablets

- Rice Bubbles

- Chocolate ice cream

- Left over mince with taco shells and cheese

- Fruit ice block

- 2 chocolate 'Favourites'

- 2 chewable vitamin C tablets

- Spaghetti Bolgnase

- 2 Vitamin B5 tablets

- Salmon filet

- 3x salad with lots of broccoli, baby spinach, green onion, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, cucumber and some other green leafy stuff

- Two chicken legs

- Water and supplements

- Sunflower seeds and almonds

That's about all I eat. Sometimes tuna fish as well. :D

breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (no suger) with rasperries and almond milk.

mid-morning snack: handful of almonds

lunch: 2 poached eggs, mild salsa on slice of whole wheat toast

dinner: poached chicken, sweet potato fries (with virgin olive oil) baby spinach

desert: frozen fruit mix with sprinkled stevia

about 2 liters of whole RAW milk

~1 lb of hamburger

1/2 cup mixed nuts

tomato sauce

2 apple sauce cups

rice

salad

an orange

2 coffee

~8 grams evening primrose oil

some muira puama and dandelion root

that was all within about 3-4 hours lol

started eating at about 2 and stopped at 5:30, will probably have more in a couple hours before bed

was pretty full after all that though...felt like i was gonna have a baby or something

that was my post workout meal, i have gained about 10 lbs in 20 days and have lost some fat, pretty happy with myself so far

After reading the first three posts, I can see why some people have acne :naughty:.

I ate today:

Breakfast: Brown rice with homemade pesto: Fresh basil leaves, olive oil, walnuts, nutritional yeast, pepper, garlic.

Lunch was a bowl of sea algae.

Dinner: Pasta with pesto: Fresh basil, olive oil, walnuts, nutritional yeast, pepper and garlic.

Water!

I had...

4 eggs cooked till runny in 2 Tablespoon coconut oil

2 sprouted corn tortillas

1 tablespoon beef gelatin in water

1 banana

1 scoop whey protein isolate

30 boiled wild shrimp

10 asparagus spears steamed

2 plantains fried in suet (beef fat)

Unfortunately the same the I eat EVERYDAY. Eating anything else, i'll break out.. 'cept for veggies of course. I get my stuff at Whole Foods

Spaghetti w/ ground beef+ tomato sauce

Toast w/ butter & sea salt

Food based Multivitamin

-Two eggs fried in ghee

-Sliced Cabbage sauteed in ghee with cumin/garlic powder/turmeric (Indian dish-really flavorful)

-Water with half a lemon

day 1 anti-candida diett

Last night: vanilla almond ice cream and honey bunches of oats with 2% as a farewell

So far I had two S'mores Poptarts, a handful of sliced apples, and about two water bottles. I also took a b5 vitamin pill, two fish oil pills, 1 magnesium malate, and a vitamin a (10,000 IU) pill. Yup, typical morning for me.
