Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin for women that doesn't have iodine in it?? I am looking for something with vit A, the B vitamins, zinc, C, E etc... I am taking individual vitamins at the moment but it is costing me heaps and am hoping to cut down the amount of pills I have to take.

I am quickly finding out it's almost impossible to get the right amount of vitamins you need just in a multiple. If you're looking to majorly help your acne with vitamins, try this post: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Vitamin-guide-t225269.html

However, I have found ONE vitamin that is sufficient in most:

The brand is called "All One". I ordered that vitamin (basically that one) in powder form... but I couldn't get it down just in juice. If you drink a daily green smoothie, you could probably drink it down in that. It has a really nice vitamin list... though the powder is way better.

A good multivitamin? Hmm, I think it'd be best to get your nutrients from food because some studies are now showing that multivitamins really don't provide much help and are hard for the body to absorb. I'm not sure if getting a top brand would help or not. Some say vitamins are beneficial, others say they're useless. Who knows?

You may want to try One A Day or Centrum brands. According to this article (http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/08/22/healthmag.multivitamins/index.html) it says they were shown not to have the impurities that other vitamins had and were accurately labeled.

Thanks everyone, I will have a look at your suggestions, I am in Australia, but i can usually order most things online from the US. I have PCOS and actually did find last night a multivitamin that is designed particularly for this, I will compare its content with the ones recommended. Thanks.
