MellowFellow 0 Share Posted December 5, 2009 and about how many hours of sleep do you get?I've noticed that when I go to bed early and get a good 8 and a half hours sleep I don't get pimples. When I go to bed late or don't get much sleep i tend to break out with pimples. I'm just bringing this to people's attentions because our sleep patterns may effect us in terms of acne. Valerie44 93 Share Posted December 5, 2009 Im the same way if i start lacking on the sleep i will start to break out but when i get my usual 9 hours a night my skin behaves lol so i always make it a habit to get as much sleep as possible which i know is sometimes hard to do Quote Link to post Share on other sites
brandolynn 287 Share Posted December 5, 2009 I agree that sleep is a big factor. I usually go to sleep between 10:30 and 11:00 pm and get up around 6:30 everyday.
