Unusual Acne--Help!

Hey everyone,

I'm relatively new here and i've been on the regimen for about 2 1/2 months and i'm a male teenager. Everything's been working great and the regimen is working thankfully :D. That is until very recently :( what I mean is that i've been beginning to break out on my chin area directly below my lips! The rest of my face is 99% clear too, which doesn't make any sense :( I'm at a loss for what I might be doing wrong, since until now my chin has been clear too on the regimen. I guess I might be putting on my BP or moisturizer too roughly but I doubt it because i've been trying extra hard not to. I've been doing the rest of the regimen perfectly. And I mean everything, like not touching my face or picking. I don't take multivitamins though I do take fish oil pills. I'm not really sure if my diet affects it but I haven't changed my diet dramatically recently. This is definitely the worst break out i've had on the regimen and I might even say it looked worse than before I started but I know that my expectations for my face have gotten so much higher that it probably isn't even close. I've decided i'm just not going to let this get me down and keep doing everything I can. But some advice would help =p

I would really appreciate any posting any advice on what they think my problem is. If you need me to supply any more information just ask me. Thanks so much in advance!!! :D
