tv_viewer 5 Share Posted November 29, 2009 Up until 3 years post Accutane pimples would take a week at most to heal. Now (4 years later) they can take up to 3-4 weeks. I think a lot of it has to do with age as well. I'm 23 and my skin is starting to age, so if you're younger your skin will heal more quickly. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
