Anybody using Honey on the Regimen?

I started the Regimen a week ago, at first my skin was terrible, so close to stopping but after reading numerous posts on here about success, I have stuck it out.

The only thing which would tame my acne before now was Manuka Honey, and it really helped with soothing it.

I have begun this type of adpated Regimen;

Morning; 8am

Wash Face, 'Simple' Refreshing Cleanser, Wash off.

Small amount of PanOxyl BP 2.5, Wait 5 mins.

Moisturise with Botanics Oil Free

After work; 6.30pm

Wash Face, 'Simple' Refreshing Cleanser, Wash off.

Apply layer of Manuka Honey. Leave on until...

Bedtime; 10pm ish

Wash Face, 'Simple' Refreshing Cleanser, Wash off.

Small amount of PanOxyl BP 2.5, Wait 5 mins.

Moisturise with Botanics Oil Free

Since using the Manuka, I have noticed redness going down, and its fighting red marks/scars... (which IMO, the BP doesn't help much with)

Anybody else using it? If so, what long term results are you finding?

Do you leave it on all day? Water it down?

Or put on, then wash off?

Sorry, don't come on here too often. I take a shower, wait about 5 minutes so my face is completely dry, then put the honey on and leave on for 5 minutes, then wash off. If I am not pressed for time I will leave it on for 10-15 minutes. If I end up showering during the day, after a workout or something, I will do it then too.

tip: you shouldnt wash your face more than 2 times a day. since you are new to the regimen your skin will get easily irritated so washing more than 2 times a day can irritate it more.

I just ordered this moisturizing gel with collagen, royal jelly and manuka honey. I just started using it yesterday, and I use it after the BP as a gentle moisturizer. I love the way it makes my skin look...if I didn't have the most disgusting skin ever right now (i'm on my third week of the regimen and its making me look horrible)
